Morning Robin

I've noticed that I make a lot of posts about flowers and birds and other animals. I guess I'm just a nature lover. I LOVE the view out of my office window because there is always a flurry of activity of birds and squirrels and such. This morning I was thrilled to see that this robin has decided to build a nest in the clematis just outside our breakfast window. While we ate our "circle toast" we watched her come back with loads of twigs and mud and make additions to her new little home. I'm excited to have her there often. Maybe we'll even get to see some baby birds this spring!

Final (for now)

Well, I still want to add a few things, especially up in the sky (like a fishing boat, an airplane pulling a sign with the boys names on it, and a pelican)... but for now, I'm done. Here are few pics. It didn't really occur to me until after it was all done that it feels a little like you need to come up for fresh air, but what are ya gonna do now? We'll just have to pretend we're wearing scuba gear all of the time we're in there so we don't feel like we're drowning. : )
