Jackson loves it when we go to his school and have lunch with him. Jeff went one day this week and then I went the next day. I am going to try to make an effort to do this more often. To go and spend this precious time with just him in a time when it is important to him. I went to his recess and pushed he and his friends on the tire swing. That was a really big deal for him.
Unfortunately, the wind was not on my side that day. It blew my car door into the car next to me. I went in the school and asked whose car it was so we could take care of it. It costs a lot of dollars. The teacher whose car it is got an estimate that same afternoon. Ugh.
This weekend is the Czech festival in Yukon. Jackson came home wanting to go to the carnival for the festival, but we weren't too excited about carnival rides and spending lots of money on that. We thought that if we were going to do that we might as well just go to Frontier City. We haven't been in several years, so we found some discount tickets and did that instead. Harrison is still scared of a lot of the rides, but he LOVED the log ride this time and the Steel Lasso.
I even took a selfie on a rabbit.
