What Time Is It?

Really, I want to know. What time is it? I have these two sources for time that I use to know what time it REALLY is - my computer clock and my phone clock. I assume that these are connected to some great source that knows what time it really is, but lately they are conflicted. They are actually almost 5 minutes apart. It is driving the time-anal girl crazy. Anyone know how to find out the REAL time?
