Pizza and Tubing

We've heard about a place called Organ Piper Pizza for a while now and I'm so glad we tried it. They have an amazing organ with all kinds of instruments attached. There was a young guy who did an incredible job keeping us entertained with disney, star wars, phantom, patriotic, etc. music. He can change the lighting and everything from the organ. Neat!

Afterward we headed out to use our tubing Groupon... Super fun! They had a magic carpet that brings back up the hill. My favorite moment was at the very end. We were the last ones there and each of us took a different track and raced to the bottom.

Granny and Papa are Here!

We are thrilled to have Granny and Papa here with us for the week! The kids loved having them at the bus stop when they got home on Monday afternoon. Yesterday Granny went on a field trip with Lincoln's class and in the evening we had an early birthday party for Jackson. Papa and Harrison hung out in the morning so that I could spend a few minutes volunteering in Jackson's class. That was a treat for both of us because I'm not usually able to do that. Lincoln said that he wished they could stay at least two years more... we all do. :)

Monday night Lincoln saw that Granny had brought them some root beer. He brought it over asking for some, but we told him we'd have it later. He set it on the counter still partially opened and Harrison came by and tried to grab it. Boy did he get a root beer shower! What a mess. Ask Granny sometime how many times she mopped that floor...

We have been keeping a close eye on Harrison's eye the last day or two. One side is a little droopy and the pupil doesn't ever get quite as large as the other one. Weird! The doctor says it is probably nothing to worry about.
