Today I volunteered to go along on the kindergarten field trip... along with 45 other parents.
There were fewer than two children per parent and we all suffered together. Really, it wasn't pretty.The place would have made a lovely day of fun filled activities. I was impressed by the chipper attitudes of the ladies leading the giant swarms of children. We still did all of the activities, it just wasn't that fun in the rain at about 43 degrees. Everyone was happiest when it was time to get back on the bus for school. I think that second picture sums it up pretty well, though I did catch a cute one of Jackson on the hayride too.
My toes haven't thawed yet.
