Surprise! You have a new job

Jeff got a call one night this week informing him that he will be moving to a new area of the business.  In the past he has sold Dell products and services to small and medium businesses that are located in Wisconsin, but now he will sell to Global companies that are in the fortune 500 that are headquartered in and around Chicago.  We can stay where we are (Chicago is closer than many of the cities he traveled to in Wisconsin), but still have lots of questions about the day to day... how is this all going to work stuff.  We are hoping that it doesn't involve a lot of overnight travel.  Mostly, we think this will be a great move (just anxious to know more details about it)!

Soccer!

Jackson has been asking to play soccer for a few months now, so we got him all signed up just in time for the season to start a week later.  We found out what team he was on the night before his first tournament, so he hadn't even been to a practice yet.  He played in two games that Saturday and had a blast.  He wants to wear his uniform everywhere so that people know he's a soccer player... he even dug it out of the dirty laundry on Sunday afternoon to wear to a friend's house for dinner.  He is doing really great and even had a chance to play goalie.  We are excited to watch him progress!
