Personalized Valentine's

I saw the inspiration for these Valentine cards at a blog I enjoy reading (http://stiesthoughts.blogspot.com/2010/02/question-what-do-valentines-and-blatant.html). She made them last year and I'm so glad she wrote about them early this year so that I had time to remember that I wanted to steal her idea (which she stole from someone else). I had to add my own twist of course and instead of showing off the sucker I used the stick end as an intentional part of the image creating a 3D light saber.

I think they are super fun!

Show Me the Money

L: I want to get a Wii fit.

Me: Those cost a lot of money.

L: Can we just go to the bank and get some money?

Me: The bank doesn't just give you money. You have to give them your money and they hold it for you until you need it.

L: How do we get money?

Me: When dad goes to work they pay him to do his job?

L: So every time dad goes to work he gets money?

Me: Yes

L: [evil laugh] Dad's at work right now! Can we get a Wii fit when he gets home?

Jeff: You bring home bacon too - it's just that mine is thick sliced and apple smoked - yours is more like Sizzlean
