It has been an amazing long weekend. My mom and I were sealed in the temple to my dad on Saturday. It was lovely and a long time coming! We were blessed to have two of mom's sisters, Nancy and Pam and my dear friend Mimi come in from out of town. It was wonderful to spend time with all of them.
Mimi brought her son Wesley and the kids were in heaven having such a fun friend here.
Sadly, Nancy had to leave on Sunday, but mom, Pam and I were able to drive down to Grapevine for a couple of days to spend some time with their dad. We looked through a lot of family history things and worked on a puzzle while we talked about family stories and nutrition. I was able to spend the night with Mimi at her house and had a chance to see her other kiddos and have a few more minutes to catch up.
I am blessed to a part of an amazing family!
