Lincoln had a project about landforms. They were supposed to choose a shape and then theme everything accordingly. He chose "Infinity Island" and we had a fun time doing it together. Some of the areas were The Plains of Pi, Addition Archipelego, Desert of Division, Lake of Lateral Area, Factor Forest, Gulf of Geometry, Radius River, etc.
I finally finished painting the kitchen this weekend. At least the yellow part. There is still some trim work to do, but nearly a year later I finally got all of the yellow on the walls (with some help from Harrison).
I found this cute picture that I missed when posting about our trip to Austin.
There was no school on Friday, so I took the kiddos to the Science Museum. Harrison ran into a friend from school and they were inseparable the rest of the day. He was there with his grandpa and they stuck with us. They had a blast together.
Lincoln really enjoyed this new set of "Build your own Roller coaster" toys. He made a friend as well and they played together quite a bit. I actually chatted with the boy's mom as well and we learned that she is the Primary president in the Choctaw ward - small world!
Jackson spent most of his time riding the segways and creating some art at the spinning table. There weren't many people there that day so we had our run of the place. It was a great day!
