I like to let my kids help me paint. It takes a lot more time, patience, preparation, clean up and constant attention to what they are doing, but they love to say that they've helped with it (and they usually lose interest fairly quickly). I am loving the chance to put color on the walls again! I didn't realize how much I missed painting until I got the chance again. I have lots of unpacking to do, but it seems silly to get things all set up just to take it down for painting, so I'm enjoying the unpack, organize, paint a room breaks.
Did you know that orange is my favorite color? This is going to be my office. The actual color is somewhere between the bright and dark that shows up in the pics.
