Lincoln Update

We visited with a neurologist today and he believes that Lincoln's headaches are probably migraines and can be treated simply with over the counter medication. We are going to keep a journal of them for a month and see if we can determine triggers so that we can minimize them. He looked at the ct scan and read on the report that there was a small abnormality that is probably nothing, but they want us to do an MRI to make sure. He felt strongly that there was nothing wrong with him neurologically and it is just precautionary. (I am writing this down so that I won't worry and neither will you - right?)

He was probably the nicest doctor I ever met and I almost felt guilty for having such an enjoyable time in a doctor's office. Jeff was there with us and we were all smiles. Lincoln was completely comfortable with him and enjoyed all of the tests because they felt like games. I kept thinking that I was smiling too big for being in that situation. I guess that is a good sign.

Harrison Pics

The pic didn't show up on the blog for some reason the other day, so I am reposting that one and a new one from our day at grandma camp - you may even be able to see a tooth or two in the new one.

Jackson Portrait

Jackson had quite an array of pictures on my camera when I unloaded it! This picture of "toast" is what he made me for lunch one day. I asked him what he wanted for lunch and he said, "I'm going to make YOU one lunch." This is what I got. I had to scrape some butter off, but otherwise he did a great job!

Grandma Camp

My mom invited the boys over for an afternoon of Grandma camp last week. It was the first of a series learning about the 5 senses (not the "census" as I mistakingly understood on the phone - yawn). The learned about their eyes with various games and activities and then had some free time to play chess and badminton in the front yard (HOT).
